fine pearl products. Your account will be credited
within 10 business days once we have received and
verified the merchandise. Purchases made from a credit
card will only be refunded to the same card.
First
you must fill out the Return Authorization Form. Once
the form is completed and approved, you will be sent
an email with a Return Authorization Number. You can
then return the merchandise to the return address
listed below. The products must be returned with all
their original documentation and packaging (including
price tag), along with a sales receipt and the Return
Authorization Number. Delivery charges are not refunded.
