Placing an order on Orkydpearls.com is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Using The Shopping Bag?
To place a product in your shopping bag, select it, and then click the "add to cart" button. Use the "return to shopping" button to continue browsing, or click "check out" to complete your order. Remember, by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can place your order with one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-WWORKYD or 1-800-996-7593.
Purchasing
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping bag. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, check "Remove." Be sure to let us know if an item is a gift by checking "Gift". This allows you to send a personal message in a gift card, and the recipient will not receive or see the invoice. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

If you receive your OrkydPearls.com purchase and the item(s) are damaged, you may return it and be sent a new item.
